Reviewed on 8th February 2026When our car was returned to Heathrow by Aerodrome/Terminals Parking various items inside had been stolen. The £1 coins on either side door which we use for supermarket trolleys. The central storage had been opened and all our loose parking change box - around £15 had been stolen including the box itself. Our emergency medicine bag had been opened up but left. The glove box had been opened up with our car/insurance documents scattered on the front passenger seat. There was muddle foot marks on both sides of the front of the car, as well as inside the back of the car. Clearly it was parked in a field and not a car park and that some of Aerodrome/Terminals Parking's staff had gone through our car to steal anything valuable. We challenged the person returning the car but he said he knew nothing about it and that we needed to report it to the company. We have used this company many times in the past and this is the first such incident. We will report it and see what their response will be, but we expect they will just be dismissive saying they don't take any responsibility for theft by their staff against customers. Which is nonsense. We will see if they do take responsibility, as if not we won't be using them again.

Reviewed on 15th April 2025Drop-off very smooth, however we had to wait almost 15mins on return despite calling at the required times. On return, the passenger seat had a load of rubbish and half eaten food on it. The driver claimed it was not his but it certainly wasn’t there when we left the car. Makes me question what they were using the car for. Wouldn’t use again for this reason.

Reviewed on 4th October 2023Tried to con us out of cash when we returned late, demanding cash or they would drive away. Tried to intimidate and bully to make this happen and but was challenged and suddenly, there was no cash fee. DO NOT TRUST.

Reviewed on 12th March 2023On departure we called the number but still had to wait about 15 minutes once we parked the car. Every other meet and great company had a stand on the 4th floor where we can go to, but Aerodrome didn’t have that so it was unclear who our contact was. On arrival we rang once we collected our luggage and still had to wait 30 minutes before we could get our car. When we gently questioned it the person on the phone was so rude, shouted and hung up the phone on me. Unfortunately I will not use them again

Reviewed on 25th January 2023Drop off was satisfactory, collection was abysmal. Neither of the 2 contact numbers provided were answered, even when it was possible to connect the call. Also was unable to get an answer on the either the landline or mobile customer service numbers. No representative was present at the Terminal car park when I arrived and ended up waiting 1 hr 40 minutes for my car to be delivered.
